No cure for love by Peter Robinson

No Cure for LoveSo different from a DCI Banks book, but then so similar. Brilliantly written crime story set mostly in 1980’s Hollywood.

The beautiful star of a hit TV cop show is being sent strange letters. Then they take on a disturbing tone when they describe what was done to a body Sarah discovers in the sand outside her Malibu beach house.

A disturbed person is out there somewhere, someone from her past.

Will the police find him before he kills again?

Lots of suspense, a brilliant red herring and a fast flowing plot.
