A mouth-wateringly tempting book from Gino D’acampo. I’ve never thought much about Italian baking, taking pizza and focaccia for granted without realising there must be a whole tradition of delicious baking behind them.
This book has opened my eyes to some wonderful, wonderful recipes and I am determined to cook my way through it. Everything I’ve cooked from it has turned out brilliantly: the calzone was a real stand-out success.
The recipes range from pizzas to breads, from baked pasta dishes to cakes, biscuits and puddings- and every one of them looks fabulous. Yum!
